Yup, I'm finished! A 2.1 Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Geology has finally been earned! My exams ended last Friday 14th, I had an interview with the external examiner on Thursday 20th, and the results were out on Friday 21st! The last few weeks sure have been a rollercoaster ride! Now that I have nothing to worry about for a while, I think getting back into some art is in order. I've been sketching a lot lately. It's mainly been in a small notebook I carry around with me - nothing DA worthy, but I really need the practice! So I'd say there will be something new up here within the next few weeks :) I got asked to do an updated p

It's strange that I mainly set up this account to show off my drawings, and yet I haven't drawn anything in about 4yrs :( But, hopefully that'll change soon! :D My finals are coming up in a couple of weeks, and from then on I can devote my time to getting back into art (for the summer at least =P) having spent the last 5years looking at rocks.  Who knows where I'll end up when I have a degree to wave around the place :) So until then I'm afraid you'll still have to make do with any random photographs I find lurking on my computer and decide to upload. I just came back from a 2 month geology mapping project in Clonbur, County Galway, pretty much on the eastern edge of Connemara. As a result I took a lot of photos of beautiful scenery. Unfortunately I'm much too lazy to post them here :P Although, if they are liked enough I may upload some of the more impressive ones.
